Mindful Jewellerying - it's a thing...
Your jewelry shows on the outside what lights your fire, what makes you shine. The glow your pieces help you claim, that's you, my friend, 'cause YOU're the gem!

But how and where to glimpse your treasure… You make the rules - go on at leisure. Let what you see guide you at start. Pick not by logic, pick with your heart.
Yeah! I'm so fired-up about the topic of Mindful Jewellerying - I started writing poetry!
And no - it’s not a misspelling. It’s a short-hand term I came up with to refer to the act of looking for, choosing, and wearing your jewellery intentionally with your full presence.
Mindful Jewellerying is an ongoing, conscious interaction with your adornments, beyond aesthetics or trends.
It’s about noticing, with a fresh, playful curiosity, which pieces truly resonate—those that make you feel more vibrant, aligned, and whole.
It hints at jewelry as a tool for self-awareness, presence, and even transformation, rather than just an accessory.
So it's kinda' like “slow fashion” - as it's not wasteful and guided by trends. But not like "mindful jewelry" - because it's an active ongoing participation, as opposed to a passive word-printing or engraving.
It's about letting what's on your inside that day, choose your style on the outside, depending on how you'd like to feel.
As a physical object, from a neuro-psychological standpoint, your jewelry is a wonderfully fun and versatile way to keep yourself present with what you value at any given time. It can be worn all over the body as a tactile, visual, and auditory reminder for your conscious and subconscious awareness.
But that's getting a little deep ;o) The light version is just about learning to A-B-C it: just notice with curiosity, then allow yourself to freely express what you feel or want to feel through your chosen style.
Be present and still enough to feel with your heart how a piece resonates. Then pick... or don't.
As opposed to processing with your logic or in a hedonic transient impulse guided by passing trends dictated by someone who's possibly (almost always) very different than you.
The more you wear things you resonate with - the more you own your spirit. In that way your style unveils your spirit!
Because YOU are the gem :o)
