I’m pretty sure I made these for me to keep – but I can’t remember... Their name is a play on the two main elements – copper and Opals – but also with a nod to the fluidity of water. This ‘nod’ to water continues with the use of Sea Glass from Gibrlatar (my home :o)
These earrings hold some hard-to-miss magic – even in their simplicity.
The pinky-orange hues of the copper almost tease out the playful colours of the tiny Welo Opals the metal strings along – like tiny droplets of liquid.
Each delicate stone—with its own iridescent personality that shifts with the light. Seriously - watch the video to see what I mean!
Incidentally – Opals thrive with water. A light misting now and then revives their shimmer, breathing new life into their translucent colors.
Opals are typically believed to provide creativity and transformational powers. Which flows nicely with the water theme.
You can style them pretty or edgy. They’d go well in the daytime or at night – they go with the flow! (ok I’ll stop with the puns here :o)
As with all my shoulder-skimming earrings – they aren’t just jewelry:
They’re companions for your journey, brushing your collarbone like gentle taps of a friend, reminding you to be present, aware, and to stay with what matters at this moment.
If you decide to get them through the button below (they’re priced at £90) but they’ll pay you back in compliments received ;o)
